They told me the articles that I had brough it were dirty and quoted me a price of 120 bucks to do them. I said that of course they are dirty, that's why I'm bringing them to a cleaners. Then they tried to not give me a discount even though they have a sign in the window about the 20% off. Then they demanded a Down Payment (for freaking dry cleaning?) because of the size of the order (5 items).
I told them I've been a loyal customer since they opened. I reminded them that I am in their computer and they should take a look at how much business I bring to them. After that they relented, dropped the down payment malarky and gave me my discount.
When they first opened, this business was very attentive and committed to customer service. Though, my last experience has prompted me to make a review.
I stopped in with 5 articles. This was a Tuesday and they have a special that gives a 20% discount for Tuesday work.
The staff at D&D do a very thorough job with your professional wardrobe. They also do an excellent job with alterations and repairs. They are very friendly and are flexible in terms of turnaround time. Highly recommend, A++.
They will not be my dry cleaners after this transaction. SO very disappointed.
