After inspecting my ceiling fan, he told me we’d have to schedule another appointment to fix the fan because he didn’t have the part. I was disappointed, but I completely understood. Twenty minutes later, there was a knock on my door. Fred had gone back to the office and returned with the part, and he was able to fix my fan the same day! I was so grateful that he went the extra mile (literally!) to make sure my fan got fixed.

I recently redid my basement and a few other projects and my mom suggested Jaffe Electric and I was very happy with her recommendation. She had used them a few times in the past. Have never had a better experience with an electrician. The were very prompt and courteous. They did the job in a very timely matter and cleaned up beautifully. of the three electricians I compared they were the most affordable as well. Great choice and would used them again in a heartbeat.
