Great customer service from great staff! I worked mostly with Matt and Keith and they had all the time in the world to respectfully and thoroughly answer all of my questions. The result? A Great new Trek Fuel EX 7.29, ordered on Wednesday and delivered on Friday afternoon. Just got back from my maiden voyage and I'm very happy! Looking forward to great relationship with All American bicycles!
I had a great experience at All American Bicycle center. I was looking for a good bike to ride on the trails as a new rider, Keith and Owen was very helpful in answering all the questions I had when trying to decide on what type of bike to get. There was no pressure they showed me a couple different bikes, the Marin 5 and the Excalibur. I was able to test ride both bikes and even though the Excalibur was a better feel (I really liked this bike) I chose to buy the Marin insead since it was a lower priced bike, and I'm just getting into riding. After riding on the trails for about 300 miles the bike is holding up very good. Everyone that I talked to at All American was very helpful and the bikes seem to be of great quality. I will defenantly refer them to anyone I know.
I'm in town in Maryland visiting for the day and I had to get some brakes adjusted on my 2017 Domane SL6 Pro. Bicycle mechanic Keith helped me right away and taught me how to adjust the brakes on my own if I ever do need to. Quick and easy stop in. Thanks again!
I can honestly say that out of all the bicycle shops I've been to, I have had the best experiences at All American Bicycle Center. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind and not pushy. I've ordered various parts/accessories, and there have never been any issues. They are also very welcoming, inviting all comers on their weekly rides and making introductions to the local cycling community. That's huge for a recently-arrived transplant like myself. This shop deserves your business not only because they provide a great, local service, but also because they are good people.
All American came through again! I had a frame warranty issue recently. Keith and Matt were all over it! Quick, thorough, and even provided something else to ride while we waited (a very short time) for Trek to make good on their frame warranty. Great service!
